Minor differences may occur between the appearance of a product on your screen and the product you receive, including differences caused by screen settings, lighting, fabric characteristics, or product photography. All products are subject to availability. We may change, discontinue, or update products without prior notice.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products included in that order. Receipt of an order does not automatically mean that it has been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, pricing information is incorrect, payment cannot be processed, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any amount paid for the cancelled products will be refunded.

Product prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. The final amount payable, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your order. Payment must be made using one of the payment methods made available during checkout. Orders may be subject to payment verification before they are accepted or dispatched.

Available delivery destinations, delivery methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated before your order is completed. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. We will take reasonable steps to deliver orders within the applicable delivery period, but delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing your order.

7. Cancellations and Returns

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase within the applicable cancellation period. For most eligible goods, this period is 14 days from the day after you receive the goods. Returned products should be handled only to the extent reasonably necessary to inspect their fit, appearance, and characteristics. Items should be returned in their original condition where reasonably possible and, where applicable, with original tags and packaging. Certain products may be excluded from cancellation where permitted by law, including personalised goods and sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order information together with details of the issue. Your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected by these Terms.
